-1 head of lettuce
-2 tomatoes, diced
-3 cucumbers, sliced thinly

For the dressing:
In a small bowl combine ½ cup of vinegar, ½ cup of oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste. Whisk until smooth then pour over salad ingredients just before serving
